For customers paying by money order or checks:  Checks to be made to:   Panda's Products Send your order by Email to pandasproducts@comcast.net, Postal Mail, or Fax (941) 925-4633. When ordering - be sure to include contact & shipping information, item number, description & quantity.  We will contact you with the payment address and total including ship cost and applicable sales tax once shipping is calculated. You can then add the total to your check or money order.  Your order will be shipped as soon as payments clear. For customers paying by credit card: You may pay with credit card by using our online shopping cart or by email, fax or postal mail. If you prefer to give your credit card number by phone instead then please email or fax your name, phone number, shipping address, item name, item number and quantity. We'll call you as soon as possible to retrieve your card information and begin processing your order. When faxing or emailing your credit card information...be sure to include all required information listed below so we may process your order smoothly. Required: Name as it appears on credit card, address, shipping address, billing address if different from shipping, phone number, credit card number, ccv code and expiration date.  Please include your email address, if available, when faxing your order in case we need another form of contacting you regarding your order. The ccv code is the 3-digit value printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards immediately following the credit card account number.  For American Express, there are 4 digits on the front of the card above the card number. See examples below.                                We use PayPal for online credit card processing. A PayPal account is not necessary to purchase products on our site. You will be asked for your billing information once you go through the check out process. For online shopping...use the "Add to Cart" payment method on product pages and fill in quantity.         If you later decide you need to change the quantity just click the "View Cart" button at         the top of the page and type the new quantity desired.  Click on the box next to the item to         place a check mark inside it then click "Update Cart".  Continue shopping or check out.         You may also update quantities when you begin the check out process.   Shipping, Sales Tax and Misc.

	We ship within the United States only through the U.S. Postal Service using Priority mail. Shopping on line will automatically add the ship cost. Most destinations will receive their order in 2-5 days by Priority mail once shipped. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.
	Sales Tax for Florida Residents is 7% and must be included in total. Paying by check/money order: Wait for total which will include shipping and applicable sales tax. Ordering online: The shipping and sales tax will automatically be calculated. Credit card orders via email, fax or postal mail: We will add the shipping and applicable sales tax to your total order. Please inform us if you need to know the exact total before we charge your card.
	Phone numbers and/or email addresses are necessary if we have a question concerning your order. We want to make sure all transactions are as smooth as possible and appreciate your help. We respect your privacy and safety.  Your personal information will not be sold, shared or given to any third parties and used only for completing the sales transaction and to contact you regarding your order.
	PayPal encrypts your card information so you can be assured it's safe & secure to order on line. You may view PayPal's privacy and security statements on their website.
	We want you to be satisfied with your order, so please check it over carefully when received. Notify us with in 7 days of receipt of your items for return authorization. Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Item must be undamaged and sent with original packaging. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges. No decal will be reimbursed or exchanged once it has been removed from its backing sheet. Please read all instructions carefully before applying and contact us if you do have a question.
