If sending order by email, be sure to include contact & exact shipping information, item number, description & quantity. We will contact you with the total including shipping plus applicable sales tax. You may then add the total to your check or money order. Orders will ship after checks clear the bank.

All orders shipped to Canada must email us first for exact ship cost. Do not use ship cost chart from the order form. Email your order including full name and exact mailing address in order for us to quote the correct ship cost to add to your total payment. Please see shipping details listed below under "Shipping, Sales Tax and Misc" heading.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

You can pay with credit card by using our online shopping cart or by sending your order and credit card information by email or phone.

We use PayPal for online credit card processing.
A PayPal account is not necessary to purchase products on our site.
When checking out, you'll have the option to use a credit card of your choice or to log on to your PayPal account and use those funds to pay for your items.

Please note that we do not accept orders from non-U.S. PayPal accounts and we only ship with in the U.S. (Canadian orders are accepted via check or money order only. Read below.) PayPal encrypts your card information so you can be assured it's safe and secure to order on line. You may view PayPal's privacy and security statements on their website. www.paypal.com

If you prefer to have us call you for your credit card information, please email your name & phone number, order details and shipping address. We will then call you for your card information and begin processing your order.

When emailing your credit card information, be sure to include all required information listed below so we may process your order smoothly. Information is used only for your Panda's Products order. We do not store credit card information. You will need to provide it for all future orders placed. We feel this is a safer method for everyone.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION REQUIRED:
Name as it appears on credit card, billing address, shipping address if different from billing address, phone number, credit card number, ccv code and expiration date. Please include your email address, if available, as another form of contacting you regarding your order.

The ccv code is the 3-digit value printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards immediately following the credit card account number. For American Express, there are 4 digits on the front of the card above the card number. See examples below.

Shipping:

Shipping chart is for U.S. addresses only. Details for shipping to Canada are located below. Shipping is calculated by total amount of order. Please use the chart below as a reference and add the correct amount to any check or money order payments.

(example: If your order totals $50.00 then your ship charge will be $9.95.
Total order with shipping would be $59.95 plus applicable sales tax.)

Our online shopping system is for shipping to U.S. addresses only. We ship all orders with in 1-3 business days of ordering. Occasionally we may be out of stock on an item and, if so, you will be notified by email if there are any delays and when to expect your order.

Most orders will ship by Priority Mail service.
Customers should receive their orders in approximately 2-5 days once shipped.
Few orders may ship by other method depending on size, weight and location.
You will be notified through email by PayPal, U.S.P.S. or Panda's Products when your order has shipped.

Orders to Canada: We also ship to Canada. Canadian payments will only be accepted via check or money order at this time. All payments must clear the bank before we ship orders. This may take 2-9 days depending on originating bank. We
do not ship to other countries other than the U.S. and Canada. You must first email your order to us, include your first & last name and exact mailing address. We'll reply by email with the correct ship cost for your order. Add the ship cost to your money order or check total and send with your order to the address listed on our order form. Feel free to use the Printable Order Form to fill in your details and send with your payment. Remember to add the correct ship cost to your payment that we sent you by email. Do not use the ship cost chart from the printable order form. That chart is for U.S. addresses only.

Sales Tax:

Florida residents include 7% sales tax.

Online orders: Shipping and sales tax is calculated automatically.
Check or Money Orders: Include shipping & applicable sales tax to your total.
Credit card orders by email or phone: We will add the shipping and applicable sales tax to your total order. Please inform us if you need to know the exact total before we charge your card. There are no extra handling charges, etc.

Returns or Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please check it over carefully when received. Notify us with in 7 days of receipt of your items for any returns or exchanges and ask for return shipping address. Returned items must be unopened and in original condition and packaging to receive an exchange or refund. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Please read below.

Etched Glass Decals and Decorative Window Films can not be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have been removed from their backing sheet so be sure you have ordered and received the correct design and size before opening. Please read all instructions carefully before applying and contact us if you do have a question concerning any applications.

If, for some reason there is a defect with any product, please return the item with original packaging so we can inspect it. Contact us for return shipping address. If
a defect is to be found we will send it back to the manufacturer for replacement or issue a refund if requested. In this instance we would pay the shipping on sending you a replacement. All other shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

Privacy:

Phone numbers and/or email addresses are necessary if we have a question concerning your order. We want to make sure all transactions are as smooth as possible and appreciate your help.

We respect your privacy and safety.
Your information will never be sold, shared or given to any third parties. If ordering with a credit card by email or phone, you must provide your credit card information each time you order as we do not store this information. All personal information and credit card numbers are used only for completing the sales transaction and to contact you regarding your order.
